NOAA-14 Satellite

NOAA-14 SBUV was launched on December 30, 1994 into a 470-nmi afternoon orbit. Ozone data was collected from January 1996 through February 2004. The instrument was turned off completely in September 2006.

NOAA-14 SBUV/2 Version 8 reprocessed data is not available via this web site.

Please contact us directly if NOAA-14 SBUV/2 data is needed. The operational NOAA-14 Version 6 data is available via the NOAA CLASS archive. Please note that NOAA-14 data quality is considered suspect due to instrument problems and a drifting orbit.
