LUT updates    [Oct-01-2012]  { Aqua.. Terra.. MERIS.. VIIRS..}    Processing Algorithm/Code version     VIIRS Processing Streams/Algorithms

Anomaly QA product :   Mean, Median & stdev of the 15-day composite of the daily Chlorophyll Anomaly product created routinely for one CoastWatch region (Hawaii) is plotted as a time series. The mean is plotted in green and the median in blue. The second moment (or variance) is also plotted to show the spread in the average for 15 days over the whole region.

No information on calibration is displayed for MERIS and VIIRS data at this time. The data is from a time period begining in Aug of 2010 onwards to date.
