LUT updates    [Oct-01-2012]  { Aqua.. Terra.. MERIS.. VIIRS..}    Processing Algorithm/Code version

Anomaly QA product :   Mean, Median & stdev of the 15-day composite of the daily Chlorophyll Anomaly product created routinely for one CoastWatch region (Hawaii) is plotted as a time series. The mean is plotted in red and the median in blue.

Overlaid for appropriate plots are the Calibration Look-up table (LUTs) version numbers marked for reference. The OSPO changes are marked in green vertical lines. The MCST/NASA declared change time is marked in orange.

No information on calibration is displayed for MERIS and VIIRS data at this time. The data is from a time period begining in Aug of 2010 onwards to date.

Product Nomenclature:

VRSSCW :   (VIIRS SDR from IDPS processed using OBPG L2gen to CW Mapped 750m L3, No vicarious calibration gains applied)
VRSCW :   (VIIRS EDR from IDPS processed to CW Mapped 750m L3, No calibration gains applied)

MODSCW_P :   (MODIS Aqua from NOAA L1B (v5) processed using OBPG L2gen (v6) to CW Mapped 1km L3, Vicarious calibration gains applied)
MODWCW_P :   (MODIS Aqua from NOAA L1B (v5) processed using NOAA-msl12 SWIR to CW Mapped 1km L3, Vicarious calibration gains applied)
MODSCW_A :   (MODIS Terra from NOAA L1B (v5) processed using OBPG L2gen(v6) to CW Mapped 1km L3, Vicarious calibration gains applied)
MERCW_M :   (MERIS from ESA L2 processed to CW Mapped 1km L3, Vicarious calibration gains applied)
