You are cordially invited to participate in the 2017 STAR JPSS Annual Science Team Meeting to be held August 14th-18th, 2017, in the Auditorium and Conference Center at the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction (NCWCP) in College Park, Maryland.
As the launch of JPSS-1 approaches, the theme of the fourth annual meeting will be "The Future with JPSS". We will explore the many ways that users within NOAA and outside of it utilize data made possible by the hard work of STAR JPSS scientists, as well as ways in which STAR JPSS can work to make the user experience better. Through this meeting we plan to accomplish the following objectives:

Please pass this invitation to colleagues who you feel might be interested in participating. We encourage those who can to attend in person, but for those who cannot, remote access via WebEx and conference call will be available, and all presentations will be posted on the website.
