GSICS Harmonization Correction: To apply the harmonization, the following correction equation is used as below:

R(h)=a(h)+b(h)*R(o)

This formula applies a linear correction to the original radiance R(o), using the additive offset a(h) and the multiplicative scale b(h), both sourced from the ABI Level 1b file coefficients “a_h_NRTH” and “b_h_NRTH”, to obtain the harmonized radiance R(h). Each coefficient contains three values: Current, Last, and Pre-Launch. Typically, a(h)=0 for VNIR channels and b(h)=1.0 for IR channels.
